Talisker Skye Independent Bottling baked apple and robust oakDESCRIPTION Released in 2015, Talisker Skye, named after the island on which the distillery resides is matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak, with a higher proportion of the latter. Bottled at 45. 8%. (Bottle size 1 litre) TASTING NOTES Nose: Citrus sweetness of fresh oranges develops into soft mango. Maritime air with seaweed, driftwood and salt. Palate: Soft and sweet at first, coating and tongue tingling, with light smoke.
