Glendalough Pot Still South African Subtle marzipan on the tailLaunched in 2019, Glendalough Pot Still was made from a mash bill of 1 part malted and 2 parts unmalted Irish barley. Distilled in a pot still, although not by Glendalough, but distilled to their specification at an unnamed distillery. Matured in ex bourbon casks and finished for up to a year in virgin Irish oak casks, made from sustainably felled 140 year old trees from the forests surrounding the distillery. Each bottle is numbered and traceable to
