Garden Tea Evening Silk Hat Small Light Blue red button I designed and handmade thisNamed "The Garden Tea", this light airy rim hat design has been hand cut from silk fabric. The lower rim is cut from a baby blue silk and the top and upper rim from a pink silk. The rim is trimmed with grey trim and is top stitched. The lining is cut from a light weight cotton weave which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates hat hair. A light weight shot blue red silk ribbon completes the hat. This one of a kind hat will fit comfortably
