Chateau Olivier, Pessac Leognan Red 2014 semillon Bethmann BankCabernet Sauvignon 55%, Merlot 41%, Petit Verdot 4%. A brilliant, medium deep ruby colour. A fine, discreet and elegant bouquet. A fruity and floral bouquet which remains elegant and rather light. Floral notes like peony bring sensuality. The supple attack on the palate is slightly silky. The mid palate is of medium concentration, remaining balanced, with fine, soft, ripe tannins. The palate gives us a medium bodied feel with a fairly long finish.
